Return Policy

We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality durable medical equipment and exceptional service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns of eligible items under the following conditions:

Please note due to hygienic regulations, the following items are non returnable.  

• Commodes
• Shower benches
• Any other items that have been used

Return Conditions

• Items must be brand new and never used.
• Items must be in their original packaging

Return Shipping

• Return requests initiated within the first 7 days of receipt are eligible for free return shipping.
• Returns between days 8 and 30 must be returned at the customer's expense.
• We cannot accept returns after 30 days from the date of receipt. 

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of the return arriving back to us and being inspected by our team.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method and insure the package for its full value.
